This initiative aims to support nurses and technicians who are increasingly priced out of downtown Atlanta, while preserving much of the historic site's architecture. The project is still in early planning stages, with key details related to housing eligibility and accommodations for families yet to be finalized.
Congratulations to The Emory Wheel, our student-run campus newspaper, for being named the best in the country by the Society of Professional Journalists. This prestigious recognition highlights the dedication and talent of our student journalists.
Seventy-three physicians from Emory's Winship Cancer Institute have been selected by their peers as "Top Doctors" in Atlanta magazine's 2025 list. Representing 31 specialties, these physicians provide exceptional cancer care across 10 campuses in the Atlanta area.
Winship Cancer Institute has developed "More Access to Palliative Care Georgia," a user-friendly web tool designed to help patients, families, and referring physicians locate nearby palliative care services. This initiative aims to improve statewide access and highlight underserved areas.
Tuan Vinh, a recent Emory College graduate, has been selected as an NIH Oxford-Cambridge Scholar. He will study genomics and predictive modeling, furthering Emory's tradition of excellence in research and scholarship.
